Dominion Ridge
Dominion Ridge is preparing for the second phase (57,000 sf) of the upscale retail/office development located at the intersection of IH-10 and Dominion Dr. Phase I tenants including CVS pharmacy (12,900 sf) and JP Morgan Chase & Co./Chase Bank (4,264 sf) will be joined by Salons by JC, Kuhl Yogurt and two restaurants. Construction is expected to start in July with completion scheduled for 2013.
