Banking landscape to see major change in July

In the wake of the Wells Fargo – Wachovia merger officially signed in December of 2008, it was recently announced that 55 Wachovia and 24 Wells Fargo locations across Texas will be consolidated while 161 Wachovia branches will be rebranded with the Wells Fargo name.
